Programs
Michelle is available for individual and group sessions, workshops and retreats.
Individual sessions are generally scheduled for 60 minutes on a weekly basis. The first session will be 90 minutes and focuses on assessment and identifying the goals of our work together.
Consulting is available to individuals and agencies interested in integrating wellness practices into existing programs or as new program development.
Michelle also consults with and trains yoga teachers on how to implement programs with youth-at-risk, as well as the Mental Health aspects of Yoga Therapy.
